Designed for readymix and precast concrete producers, our standard batching plants give a complete plant solution, erected and commissioned within a few days (20B).

At the heart of each plant is the Rapid philosophy of a high quality, thoroughly engineered solution, designed to give a long lifetime of reliable service.  Each plant is supplied pre-wired and in modular sections, minimising site installation.

M series plants, with pan mixers, have a range of outputs between 45 and 120 m3/hr and offer the options of readymix, block or precast production from a single plant.

S series plants, with large capacity overhead aggregate storage, are designed primarily for the readymix market. S Series is available in outputs of 60 to 120m3/hr.
